Yep, this is another hit. Man, I always loved that girl, even through all the BS. Loved her spirit and her non-conformist attitude. She was always the juice behind TLC in my opinion. I'm going to miss her! Glad I copped her SuperNova LP about two months ago.

What's going to happen to TLC now? That's a major component to even think about replacing. I wouldn't.

God rest her soul and HATKA'S prayers are with her family!

ONE :(

I think that this is such a shame and I feel so sorry for her family, but at times and situations like this, it makes me ask was it really a accident, or did Suge Knight strike again. God doesn't kill people.

God doesn't kill people, but he takes them home when it's their time. I don't think Suge had something to do with it, eventhough the rumors were that she was not tryin to sign to the row in the last minute.

Suge to me just attracts bad things, because he is an evil nigga. He instigated the west coast/east coast shit. Then people around him just start dying. He just wants to be negative otherwise he probably wouldn't get no pub. Why would you wanna call your label Death row??? Is that what your artists sitting on with you.

Suge is sittin on thin ice and I know there are katz right now that won't go for his shit
if he would try it. He wants the music game to be like the dope game, but for what? I don't know if he got somehin to prove.
I know there are some real street niggas in the game but they don't even act like that. I remember meeting Fat Joe and Danny Black, terror squad and Patchwork and they were the coolest niggas I met. They been holdin the streets down in New York forever and they have mad respect by everyone and they told me that suge was tryin to reach out to them but they declined meetin with him because they don't agree with what he does.
They know that the streets are the streets and music is music. Suge needs to learn that otherwise it will have a bad ending for him. Either he will be back in jail or somebody will kill him.

The story below appeared this morning in the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Needless to say, people are vexed regarding the first paragraph, finding it direspectful, without taste, and just plain ignorant.

The angel hasn't even been laid to rest yet, the family is still grieving, and shock jocks are taling cheap shots! That's not right! Read below and if you need to let something off your chest email the editor of this piece at reldredge@ajc.com felt it necessary to place this story on the front page of the PeachBuzz or go to http://www.96rock.com/contact.html and email Larry Wachs for finding comedy in a non-comedic trajedy.

Monday Peach Buzz:
Regular Guys weigh in on Left Eye

By Richard L. Eldredge

96rock's Regular Guy Larry Wachs opted to pay homage to Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes by wearing a condom taped to the left lens of his glasses at the monthly Dad's Garage stage production of the Lucky Yates Talk Show Saturday night. "I'm 'Left Eye' Larry," he proclaimed.

More seriously, his partner in morning-show crime, Eric Von Haessler, said Lopes got a bad rap for burning down former Atlanta Falcon Andre Rison's home because she's a woman: "If Ozzy [Osbourne] burned down his home, people would have said that was cool."

Unencumbered by Federal Communications Commission rules regarding cursing, Von Haessler was able to cuss away, maintaining that a certain four-letter word makes a bad joke okay, a good joke great and a great joke the best in the world."

When Yates asked if they were glad fellow shock jock Howard Stern wasn't aired in Atlanta, Von Haessler demurred. (Stern has claimed the Regular Guys stole his schtick, which they deny.) "I'd like the competition," Von Haessler said, "because if you lose to him, that's expected but if you win, that's the million-dollar ticket."

One.
