Sigel vs. Jadakiss beef?

Can someone please tell me what the beef is all about, how was it started?

It's a bigger beef than just those two. I think it's Jigga vs. Nas, Jigga vs. Prodigy, Jadakiss vs. Sigel and to some extent Queens vs. Brooklyn. I've heard it's kind of "Who's the real king of NY" type thing. From what I've seen/heard it all started with people dropping little jewels in their rhymes possibly dissing the others then escalated to everybody dropping mixtape verses and songs. You can find most on the net (I use Morpheus. RIP Napster). And the radio stations up there like Hot 97 and Funkmaster Flex are playing them on air and igging the whole thing on. Someone (esp. if u from NY) let me know if I left out anything.

The Beef is between Ruff Ryders and Roc-A-Fella. They had beef back then with Memph. as well. It ain't really Queens and Brooklyn cause Ruff Ryders ain't from neither one. Eve and Sigel from Philly, X and Lox from Yonkers. RR got a cut though dissin the whole Roc. Eve, and everybody on it. Jay-Z, called Prodigy out, Nas backin him up.

But new Beef is between Fat Joe and Cuban Linx. Cuban got a cut in NY, that might get him killed.
