New Blu Cantrell song "Oops, Hit em Up"? Talking bout how she got back at her man 4 cheating. "Went 2 Neiman Marcus on a shopping spree", "paid all the bills bout a month 2 late", "spend him 2 the last dime for all the hard times". Now I ain't mad at honey for makin the song, but they need to have a "FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY" sticker on that CD cause I been hearing 2 many women getting crunked up and getting ideas in real life after hearing that....It ain't right I tell ya.

It's only natural for there to be a continuation of songs that bash men. When ever we try to gain some respect from women, songs like this will always keep a reminder of how evil women can be. Entertainment can always been seen as reality. Just treat women right and you won't feel the wrath of being "hit up".

Shine The Light. You guys are acting like the same thing does not happen with the opposite sex. These women are trying to to vent their feeling about men that they have. It has been happening to us so now that we have more women being put on it's gonna come up. I do agree that it is getting to be a little much, but let them have their fun. I you don't wish top listen to it then don't! That's why we have all types of music so that you can listen to whatever type you are felling at that moment. Sometimes we may be in that F you mood. Everybody has an opinion.

If you're tired of the same ole everyday, male/female bashing and want real music, real lyrics, real songs, then I highly suggest Co-Ed's album. I picked up a few weeks ago and it has never left the changer. Co-Ed, a group of 2 guys and 2 girls, is definitely one of R&B's best kept secrets! The CD is OFF THE HOOK. It's very refreshing to be able to listen to an entire album start to finish without having to fast forward. No gender bashing, no hating, no grabbing women by their neck - just beautiful music. They definitely have the best R&B album out right now. Hands down!!

Check them out:

Yep, I love Co-Ed. Ever since Roll Wit Me. That album is off the chain like you said. I'm riding to "The First Time" right now. It's a shame the label is sleeping on this group and not promoting them cause their concept is hot and their songs have real lyrics and melody.
